We will never represent any party in a claim against a Community Association.

We review vendor agreements to ensure Associations' interests are protected.  We also review and draft amendments to Declarations, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations and guide Associations through the process of approving and recording, as applicable, amendments to governing documents.   

We ensure that Associations remain compliant with the PA Uniform Planned Community and PA Uniform Condominium Acts.  We also review Association enforcement of restrictive covenants and consideration of architectural requests within the contact of discrimination and fair housing laws at both the state and federal level.  Take the guess work out of your Board's decision-making process.
